December 2013 - March 2018
Within the first year of my employment I received my first promotion to shift leader for the night shift. I was in charge of counting/ balancing cash drawers at the end of the night. Keeping my team motivated and to make sure their registers and areas stayed organized and cleanly as well fully stocked to provide fast and e cient flow amongst the customers wait times in line. I worked as a courtesy clerk as well, selling lottery and fish and game licenses, cashing checks and working as gas attendant starting pumps and gas sales. I ordered, stocked, sold and filled liquor orders for local vendors and patrons. I downstacked freight twice a week and kept the produce department clean and fully stocked while conversing with customers and giving recommendations on what to purchase to go with their meals, and then would lend my helping hand in other departments to ensure all inventory was put onto the shelves promptly. Halloween City, Roseville, CA — Sales Floor Rep, Cashier, Fitting Room Attendant
October 2010, Seasonal
Worked registers making sales as well as ensuring the front was kept clean and inviting for customers to see as they came in. Greeted customers and asked if they had anything specific they were looking for to guide them in the correct direction. I also worked as the Fitting Room Attendant allowing customers to try on their costumes before buying while preventing inventory loss and putting unused or non purchases back onto the shelves when left behind. Often I found myself organizing shelves and making myself available to guide customers and answer any questions that may have arisen during their shopping experience. SKILLS

CARE-ousel Therapeutic Horseback Riding — Guide
On Saturdays my freshmen and sophomore year of high school I would volunteer my time at a ranch where I assisted special needs individuals with horse therapy, teaching them how to care for them, working on speech and physical strengthening by working with the clients to learn how to work with horses, as well as, riding them alongside performing skills tests with them. I would run ny their side as they would bring the horses to a trot to ensure our clients safety. I formed bonds with a couple individuals and became their main guide to work with them as per their parents request.
