My clients appreciated my work so much so that I was able to maintain the majority of my clientele even while the store was closed during the pandemic and after it reopened my clients still chose to continue to reach out and recommend me for my services. As the Front Desk Associate (FDA) at Massage Envy, along with practicing my esthetics, I provided a variety of administrative services for the office and it’s employees which required multi tasking several different unrelated duties simultaneously, often working against deadlines, and insuring quarterly quotas were met in a timely matter. As the number one sales associate in the office for the year I enrolled current and new members with memberships, as well as selling additional services, enhancements and products. I utilize Microsoft (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) I am proficient in peripheral devices such as scanners, fax machines, multi-use telephone systems and related office equipment. I answered the main phone line for Massage envy where I determined the nature of the call, and personally answered inquiries based on personal knowledge of the corporation’s policies, procedures, reports and files. As an esthetician, I also exceeded my monthly goals and made over 50 clients that continued to request me. My work is completed with a great amount of independence and I maintained a perfect attendance and never called in sick.

As a receptionist and sales associate for the La Jolla Louvre art gallery, I oversaw and personally processed more than $100,000.00 in sales annually. This is a position that required poise, professionalism and the highest degree of trust. As one of only three employees, I was responsible for opening and closing the gallery and running day to day operations. That included greeting customers, answering calls, making and processing sales, as well as book keeping.
