Worked self employment for the past ** years. Worked for post office for 8 years,along with working at a wood factory building doors,drawers,cabinets etc.I hand sorted mail,operatied the machines etc.We operated every machine. We rotated every 2 hours.

For self employment, I did wallpapering,painting,and cleaning houses in the winter months.
