Did quality checks on product to make sure it was within specifications of the tolerance given. Random quality checks were performed throughout packaging and assembly in production area. Placed any product that did not meet specifications on hold and quarantined the product pending further investigation. Quality checks performed on received product from other vendors to be released for production or picking of orders. Input of data being recorded on various documents for traceability purposes. Job consisted of quality checks of product on production line and off the line. Inspection of product coming in the building before released to the production lines. Line clearances between the switching of product on production lines to not mix different product together. Line release to make sure the correct components are being used during the production of the product. Clearance of lot code changes to have proper documentation of the product. And other quality assurance measures that are preformed throughout the production period : scale clearances and label picks. Non-conforming products that may need to be placed on hold for rework or taken out of production.
