Job Responsibilities: -
Position -Test Sitting Administrator
The job involves being part of the operational aspects of an Examination administration, which would involve the following:
1.Pre-exam coordination with vendors / suppliers for furniture / audio-visual, security agency
2.Pre-exam coordination with exam-day temporary staff e.g. invigilators etc.
3.Exam hall set-up as per a defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that would include making the exam hall ready for examination conditions including furniture setup, stationery items, audio visual setup and other similar requirements that are detailed in the SOP document
4.Setting up of pre-exam computer based registration area with adequate seating, computer systems etc.
5.Conduct pre-exam registration including checking of documents and taking candidate’s photograph etc. into the customized registration software. Necessary training will be provided
6.Manage exam material including receiving, counting, documentation etc.
7.Completing documentation / reports linked to the exam using standard forms and tables
8.Checking of exam set up from all aspects as per the SOP
9.Being responsible for handling company material including laptops, camera, mobile phones and other material
10.Any other related matters and activities as required for the completion of the job and as required by Company.
