RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the 3rd party certificate for lifting and rigging appliances, equipment’s such as boom lift, boom truck, seizer lift, man lift. Expiry date of fire extinguisher powder.

Ensure the MSDS for chemical substances, paints, gas cylinders, petroleum’s safe handling and storage of hazardous materials and enforce wearing of appropriate PPE and cloth.

Special training of the personnel’s like as hot work, working at height, confined space, heat stress, behavior safety, etc.

Educate the supervisor and working crew to follow safe work practice.

Participate the mock drill, firefighting drill from time to time in addition to fire protection. Updated review and enforce the fire detection fire control system.

Propagate the awareness among workers through Tool box meeting, safety briefing, training & educate, safety demonstration and displaying of signage job accordingly.

Conduct H2S Awareness training, emergency rescue and SCBA & escape hood at site of the workers.

Safety Orientation for Commissioning Activities like Access control, LOTO, SIMOP, PTW.

To conduct the motivational program to encouraging of worker to improve and build a good safety culture at site. These are however worker competition speech,slogan writing competition, quiz contest for safety knowledge breakfast token for the best proceeding work,incentive for reporting near miss happening, certificate of employment and safety award for performing work safely and for good leadership by client.

Controlling and Reduction the Risk through ERICPD, ALARP & SKET. Monitoring for compliance of safe work practice and safety rules at site .To check the risk factor and control measures.

Hazards control through Technical, Procedural, Behavior control and PPE.

Compliance and PTW for each and every activities prior start the work

To monitoring about behavior safety like as sleeping at site, talking of peer group, listening song while working, horse playing, smoking at undesignated area.

Daily inspection of PPEs & safety appliances to ensure their reliability.

Ensure Periodical of heavy equipment ‘s electrical system, electrical tools, hand tools, lifting appliance etc. according to the monthly checklist together with lifting supervisor,electrician and scaffolding supervisor and submit the document for inspection sticker and color code coding to the tools and equipment which is in good order.

Participate in joint weekly safety inspection with client and make observation report with remedial measures and submitting to the client.

Issuing SCAR to sub- contractor in order to reduce the risk, prevent from injury and make the area safe.

To keep record of concerning Email, compliance reports & Safety briefing and tool box talks.

Participate in incident and accident investigation.

Control the site transport and placement of proper warning sign. Controlling the moment of people.

Participate in internal audit by lead auditor and inspection of facility like as – drinking water tea room, mess hall, medical log sheet, toilet, water analysis report, dust control systemic
