ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES:-

Giving HSE induction training for employees.

Carry out daily toolbox talk for the employees.

Carry out daily site survey to ensure that safe work methods are in operation.

Daily audit of work permit, JSA and method statement.

Preparing JSA and attend meeting for review

Make sure that personnel protective equipment (PPE) is suitable for use and for which it is intended and to be worn by everybody at all time.

Determine the causes of any accident or dangerous occurrence and recommended means of preventing them.

Assist with the HSE department for the training of the employee at the levels. Taken part in discussion on the injury, damage and near misses.

Keep up to date with recommended codes of practice and safety literature.

Attend the meeting where safety is an item in the agenda and keep all the records of safety meeting on site with subject and attendance

Ensure that access and agrees are always free from any obstructions.

Make sure that the flammable materials are store in rational manner.

Make sure that basic firefighting equipment’s are fully operational and placed accordingly.
