Capable of handling tv and radio signal from studio to households through experience gained by installing and maintaining transmitters for RB1, RB2 and Btv as a Broadcast Engineer (2010-2017) as well as DUMA FM, YARONA FM and GABZ FM as an Intern Engineer (2008-2009). Represented University of Botswana (UB) at 2008 SADC Universities Siemens Cyber Junkyard Competition in which I programmed S7200 PLC, configured, calibrated and tested Human Machine Interface (HMI) touch screen panel as well as designed a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. (VHF and UHF) as well as repairing and testing faulty transmitter cards at component level, saving close to 85% of the total costs associated with replacing the card.

• Furthermore, I also supervised the installation and commissioning of a remote telemetry monitoring system for the transmitters valued at $800,000.00

• Prepared preventative maintenance plan for the region with an annual budget of $30,000.00 to ensure transmitter downtime is kept at less than 1% every quarter.

• Also tasked with producing jingles and adverts, normalizing and ingesting music on DUMA FM playback software (DAD ENCO) at DUMA FM studios as well as regular inspection of audio logger and other on-air systems.

• Responsible for the modulation and sound quality of the radio stations (DUMA FM, GABZ FM and YARONA FM) for quality assurance purposes.

• Played a pivotal role in the success of the first ever simulcast programme between DUMA FM and MOTSWEDING FM (June 16, 2008).
