Leading and managing 10 member team, capturing the issues in issue log and assign to team member to get it resolved in time. Working on the migration Project where GXS server maps are migrated to GIS (Gentran Integration Suite) and migrating Online File Transfer server vendor setup to Sterling Integrator.

TCS is engaged with Target for application management and maintaining the production region. Application management and maintenance include incident and problem management of all production failure within stipulated time. TCS is using its Onsite Offshore model to leverage the time zone and to provide the services. TCS is also responsible for solving problems and to provide Enhancements requested by the clients based on the prioritization.
