Electrical Engineer
Designed a multiple channel switching system, using an outside bias of one volt and 17.7 kHz to reduce moisture in the Minicab moisture sensor.
Designed a temperature ramping controller, which eliminated the need to manually assemble the thin film oxygen sensor.
Improved the temperature control of the sensor test environment. The purpose of this is to remove moisture from the system establishing a reference point for the sensor.
Mass Flow Capability: Designed control test system 20mA current parameter to make it easier to control the flow of oxygen.
Digitized the entire lab, which eliminated manual data collection and accelerated the testing of the thin film oxygen sensor, thin film moisture sensor and the Minicab moisture sensor.
Performed environmental testing on the MC-2 moisture sensor.
Performed test and calibration routines for moisture sensors.
