Commercial and Business Management

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Travel between different job sites and work with various business clients

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Forecast issues, problems, and hurdles with the team before they arise as best as reasonably practical.

Calling on all major retailers (PNP, Spar, Checkers, Shoprite, Massmart – Makro, Builders Warehouse, Builders Express, Game, OK, Woolworths, Mica and independent customers.

Responsible for all sales and marketing in the Eastern Cape Region.

Building on existing customer relationships while forging new relationships with potential clients through networking and appointments.

Effective reporting and feedback provided to Regional Manager on a daily and weekly basis.
