Monitored and managed safety programs and concerns for two general contractors (Bechtel Corporation and M.J. Electric) and associated subcontractors engaged in the two-phase project for the building and commissioning of 17+ miles of high-voltage towers and 4.5 miles of transmission line reconductoring.
