Leader Part

A part of my of my skills include have interpersonal awareness. This helps my communication and interacting skills. Some of those skills I acquire are active listening and patience, resolving conflicts and gaining a deep trust with other individuals. Having interpersonal skills has really made me a great leader.I can work well with groups while I learn and help others as well.I go above and beyond to make sure I am doing my best and efficient work. This has pushed me to go above and beyond when practicing my skill sets.
