Site supervisor assisting the parking manager to run 4 parking ramps with the capacity of roughly 4,500 cars with annual revenue in several millions of dollars.

Lead 7 supervisors & 30 employees including cashiers, attendants & clerks, and coordinate with security, outside contractors, upper management, company admin & city staff to oversee parking operations.

Ensure that regular monthly & carpool contract parkers as well as transit parkers get parking space, make unused spaces available for transit parking, staff the right number of employees, smoothen traffic flow…

Help the manager with scheduling, employee reviews, evaluations, hiring, training, settling employee disputes, correcting actions, paperwork, and general managerial tasks.
