Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my talents briefly listed throughout the following resume'. My primary next employment interest is to work with a company in the leadership/team perspective for the company’s regional or district level of responsibility within the organization. My additional interest lay in ability to provide my tenured professional sales management experience in providing my fellow colleague’s success along with my own. Throughout the majority of my professional career I’ve focused on becoming an intricate but required component within the entire sales/marketing force component of my given company. Because of this fact, I'm more then confident that I will be able to provide my experience as a common goal for a company in conjunction with the mandated for success regulations to protect a company’s P/L for the better of ALL; company, colleagues, and clients…. In addition, I possess the leadership, experience, education and solid presence traits in motivating both individuals and teams to support a company. The business relationships that I continue to solidify in my sales approach with my clients are due to the shear fact that I focus on my potential client's needs that they are aware of as well as ones they are not. Throughout my initial “Meet and Greet” with the client, I’ve learned to take the following approach, “You’ve got TWO ears and ONE mouth, there must be some truth to that”. By simply listening to a new client, you can tell the frustration in one’s voice or their demeaner which will directly point out the signs providing you the information that you’re in search. In addition to the opportunity to do the right thing for them, it allows you the ability to build their trust and solidify a solid business relationship.

Although successfully creating new business as a sales and marketing professional, I’ll admit that it took several years for me to understand to follow a listening first approach. In addition, I feel by taking this approach, I’ve discovered that it opens more avenues into other potential sales markets (within my own B.O.B.) between me and my audience. I truly feel that clients (Or people in general), DON’T want to feel like you sold them something, they want to feel like they made the correct decision by bringing it on themselves; so, to that I say, “Let Them”. On a personal note, I am an individual that will NEVER stop learning what I am lacking in a certain subject matter. I have the drive and interest in educating myself until I have achieved the necessary tools and qualifications in that subject that I feel incompetent of completely knowing. To date, I take pride in knowing that I’ve accomplished a solid foundation in my education thus far, however there’s always room for additional learning if necessary.
