Duties and responsibilities held but not limited to:

Ensure site or facility HSE inspection are done within planned interval.

• Ensure unsafe acts or conditions or any EHS concerns are escalated to the process owner suggesting remedial actions to be taken.

• Ensure follow-ups on the identified hazards are consistent until the identified hazards are rectified.

• Ensure HSE training or toolbox talk to workers on work instruction & SOPs to Contractors & Sub contractors within planned intervals happens.

• Ensure a documented HSE plan is in place & adequately implemented.

• Ensure Emergency response equipment are in place.

• Ensure adequate reporting procedure is in place.

• Maintain, develop, perform and measure results of training for staff relating to Environment, Health and Safety.

• Ensure Risk Perform internal audits

• Represent the management during third party audits

• assessment is performed & documented.

• Respond to Customer complaint on-time

• Ensure Customers requests are given priority at all times

• Ensure SOPs & work instruction are developed & documented
