Develop and implement HR & HC strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridge Management and Employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Handles investigation and resolution of Employee issues, concerns and conflicts.

Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, Health & safety

Scrutinizing Cost allocation across branches and assist in preparing Yearly Budgets

To Audit monthly time sheet and preparation and transfer of payroll and end of service benefits

Changes and amendments to payroll related legislation and policies

Supervising the application of redundancy and employee retrenchment policies

Verification of incentive calculations of sales executives

Managing staff advances/loans and staff expense claims.

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records

Ensure regular team meetings and supervision for all team members

Responsibilities

Verifying branch and group company expenses on a weekly basis.

Calculation of incentives for product managers based on sales, gross margin and ageing of stock

Maintain all human resources records by recording new hires, terminations, changes in job classifications, level increases; tracking Annual Leave & Sick and personal time
