Steered project progress and headed all aspects of engineering from concept through to commissioning of temper mill steel process lines up to ” x 96” wide strip for State Steel in Sioux City, Iowa; Steel Warehouse in South Bend, Indiana; Norfolk Steel in Norfolk, Nebraska; and Steel Fabricators in Memphis, Tennessee. Facilitated Brava Steel in Spain by designing 2”x 120” x 100,000 PSI rotary shear. Governed engineering design for several steel processing lines, including pickling, continuous galvanizing, equalizing, tension leveling, inspection, annealing, temper passing, and conveying lines for Tata Steel in India, Corus steel in Netherlands, Lousesider in Portugal, Brava in Spain, Asia Steel in Korea, Villacero in Mexico, Altos Hornos in Mexico, Ipsco Steel in the United States and Nucor Steel in the United States.

Supervised engineering operations as an Interim Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2006.
Ensured successful total design and project coordination of 1.00” x 120”x 100,000 PSI rotary shear along with gear reducer and pinion stand for Triple-S Steel Co. in Houston, Texas.
Developed design relating to complete armored plate leveler with 3200 ton separation force and drive system for Steel Warehouse in South Bend, Indiana.
Coordinated project engineering activities involving design of ” x 102” wide Temper Mill cut to length line for Fortacero in Mexico.
Produced proposal layout and conceptual design for Steckel Mill Steel Plant for Aline, Brazil.
Concluded several projects as Design Team Leader managing steel slitting and cut to length lines, while custom designing machinery/special process equipment to support numerous steel processing/service stations globally.
Expedited designing and coordination of major equipment for cold rolling mill, galvanizing line, and pickling line for Modul Steels, Ukraine.
