May 2017 General Practice At Cibola County Correctional Center that houses ICE male asylum seekers including Transgender Woman asylum seekers; US Marshall Service; County Jail inmates. First under Correct Care Solutions and then after they changed their name under WellPath. Currently Health Care is provide by Core Civic Health.2017 t0 2019 Site Medical Director at Cibola County Correctional Center 2020 to present However due to covid I only take call for San Juan County detention Center on Weekends and when the Nurse Practitioner is not available. and not longer travel to Farmington,NM. Medical director and active general practitioner at Lincoln county detention center. A county jail in Carrizozo NM and also San Juan County detention center in Farmington NM. Both facilities serve male / female/ and a small number of LTGBQI detainees predominantly indigenous persons and persons of color. In larger numbers than Anglo persons. This has been essential due to Covid 19. The crisis in correctional health care and the high positivity rate in an underserved population The position at Lincoln County Detention Center will end on March 31, 2022 due to the fact that they have found a permanent provider. Also the San Juan Detention Center has hinally found a local doctor who will start mid April, 2022.

When the General Practice Specialty failed after multiple tries to obtain The American Board of Medical Specialty recognition, It was not recognized by managed health care and I did not renew my license.
