Sadly, my dear wife passed away last April 2021. Achievements:

• Able to adapt my mantra of doing more with less. Professionalize and enhanced the organization’s Human Resources department by crafting the organizational set-up where the Company’s work force was reduced from 25 to just 18 strong but efficient employees. This in turn improved the HR processes and procedures where the Company was able to save at least Php 105K/month (at Php 15K/month salary of 7 HR Staff) on overhead cost.

Achievements:
• As Assistant Manager, I was directly reporting to the Company owner/VP Operations since we do not have an HR Manager for 2 years. The company saves at least Php1.2M (at Php50K/month salary of HR Manager that time) for 2 years since I was able to efficiently perform the HR Manager role with only 2 HR Supervisors directly reporting to me and 6 indirect HR Assistants
• When the HR Manager came, I was performing the Recruitment, Training, and HR Audit functions while conducting store visits outside Metro Manila.
