ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES

o Ensuring design and operated performance standards are developed and maintained for all HSE critical systems within drilling.

o Ensuring the timely identification of HSE hazard, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective tool to manage and reduce this risk to ALARP. o Monitoring, coaching and competence development of drilling staff. o Raise awareness amongst drilling staff and contractors on the hazard associated with H2S. o Conduct training session and drills to maintain and increase staff competency. o Daily Safety inspection of the site to identify the hazards, unsafe condition and act. o Organize Daily Tool Box Meeting prior to job.

o Inspection of Drilling Equipment’s on daily basis. o Monitoring and implementation of all Safety rules at site. o Job involves preparation of Safety plan, work permit system. o Ensure the proper using of PPE.
