End to end RFP/DDQ process from Kick off call till the submission to sales

Transition of this Pilot project for Sector Solution RFP team which includes hiring, training, trackers, SOP’s/documentations and help teammates on control production

Support Sector solution RFP team for the client in US and EMEA Region on diverse business functions with the below skills -

o Managing all the PMO related reports and trackers which are mostly used by senior management in Global presentations. Includes reports like – Performance productivity matrix, RAG reports, GCSS committee update report, Weekly status report, KPI tracker etc.
