Over all in charge of manufacturing operations, delivery compliance, customer performance, operations productivity, quality, cost and operations safety.

Delivery, Productivity and Cost

oEstablished detailed plan, standardize machine and mold allocation (Injection) to minimize downtime of changeover and improve quality through parameter standardization which includes cycle time optimization.

oSpearhead change of manufacturing lay out to improve 5’S in the area (All areas) to achieve standard parts flow and inventory accuracy to promote FG and WIP management and control.

oStandardize manpower allocation per process through improving LOB of process and assembly (SMT, Printing and Assembly) to improve productivity (pcs/mandays), without compromising quality and delivery.

oCreates detailed monitoring of Labor Cost, sets monthly target (Labor to Sales) that is used to control manpower to output to sales which in turn controls WIP stocks and customer delivery changes.
