COMMUNICATION I VVhile a supervisor for the hotel, I am proud of the hard work my team put in. Before I started, the grade given to the hotel for cleanliness was around 8.5. After my dedicated team and I were inspected the next time, we raised the grade to 9.4.

Many years ago, when Hurricane Katrina came to Louisiana, I was just hired as an employee at Dollar Tree. Throughout trying to rebuild our community, our store was able to provide water and supplies to those in need. Less than three months later, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. That was in 2005 and I am still in very good standings with my manager at that time. I am also extremely close with 95% of my superiors and coworkers and this is due to intent and building relationships. LEADERSHIP I I have been involved in leadership not only with my employment but also my church and other ministries. I was the Lead Coordinator for the hospitality ministry, which had four ministries under my lead. I have been a Youth Leader and I volunteer with the food pantry and in 2019, the American Red Cross.
