Assembled and pre-set the tools for New products development.

Dismantled and packed to send the Re-grinding purpose.

As per the production schedule prepare the RDC tools.

Loading and unloading the RDC tools via job change.

Problem attending as on the breakdown time.

Record the machine condition checklist as on the daily basis.

Attending the breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Introduce the status monitoring for RDC tools.

Monitor the breakdown and idle time reason, to rivet back solution as on the continuing problems.
