Ankore Consulting, Inc. Leesburg, VA (2015 – 2019) Business Process Analyst

My primary responsibility in this role was to manage the on-boarding of new employees onto the Veterans Affairs contract with ASM Research.

Improved Veterans Affairs Guidelines Policy for new hires which were used extensively by ASM and Sub-Contractors by 4 months.

Established an automated time card system which resulted in 90% reporting accuracy throughout ASM Research.

Managed internal and external users on SharePoint which resulted in an increased production of 70% employee access to the site.

Highlights

My manager always gave me compliments for coming to work during bad weather. He would tell Managers and Team Leaders that I was very reliable and could always count on me for showing up to work.

I was recognized for Employee of the Month for all the work I did behind the scenes to make everyone feel as they transition to their new teams.

Assisted Team Members when we received new guidelines on how to use new telephones and individually to each member and training them on this process. They would thank me for assisting them and send an email to my management.

When we received New Procedures or New Processes from our Project Manager I would go over this with all team members and would email them the information. They would appreciate the time I took in showing them because management was always busy and I was the go-between. Reason for leaving: The parent company of ASM Research lost the contract, therefore we were made redundant.

Highlights

During bad weather, I always showed up to work and was recognized in previous years with a certificate from the Program Manager.

When I resolved an issue with an invoice that was past due, I received credit from my Manager and was mentioned in our virtual team meetings to all our members.

Was responsible for setting up Virtual Team Meetings for all our Team Members since my Manager was offsite. I was repeatedly recognized for doing a good job.
