To check the stock balances on daily basis and put up ordering on bi-weekly or monthly basis to ensure the Store has sufficient inventory to support operation needs

To monitor standing order or blanket order so call outstanding PO with partial delivery to avoid duplication &/over ordering

To follow up with Purchasing Department if the ordered items are not delivered on time

To issue the inventory based on approved requisition form

Store to prepare the requisition based on the system order
