October 2019 -March 31, 2020 - DNA Supply Chain Solutions -Vice President Operations– A $15 million company specializing in land, sea and air cargo shipments. Main shipping lanes China, Viet Nam, Italy and India. Responsible for the operations and sales of the company.

Also was responsible for CVS and grocery accounts for CE North America a large appliance company. My compensation was partially based on $10 million dollars sales increase.

When I started with the company, they had just completed a three-year decline is sales to $36 million. 2017 we achieved $41 million and 2018 we exceeded budget to $54 million in gross sales. May 2014 – April 2017 –Twisted Palm Group Inc – President of the consulting firm focused on:

Consultant: Altpay – mobile phone payment start - up company. Good product no capital. Integrated our program with pos systems in supermarkets and convenience stores before being overpowered by Apple Pay.

Consultant: iotech International – assisted is developing and executing a marketing plan. Company had financial difficulty and flawed supply chain.

Consultant: Nodify Inc – Long Island based company specializing on tracking through nodes technology customer traffic patterns and trends. Opened convenience store business enabling them to know the total traffic by the gas pumps daily versed who shop in the store. Great information for labor scheduling and effectiveness of promotional success.

Twisted Palm Group operated concurrent with Navarro Pharmacy Project Jan. 2010 – May 2014.

January 2010: May 2014 – Navarro Pharmacy’s Miami Florida – In house consultant - . Developed an 1100 sku Vida Mia Proprietary Brand Program. Vida Mia was the first totally bi-lingual label in the country.

Supervised Navarro Pharmacy stores procurement staff responsible for profit and loss for the $500 million dollar drug chain. Assisted in positioning Navarro to be sold to CVS.

January 2001 – December 2009 – Premier Marketing International – President - a consulting firm specializing in retail and food service store channels. Accounts included: Ralphs Grocery Los Angles, Minyards Supermarkets Dallas Texas, Winn-Dixie, Albertsons, White Rose New York, US Food Service. Responsible for the development, marketing, and sales of their proprietary brands.

Established an in-store service division to service for select categories in : Winn-Dixie from Virginia to Florida, Albertsons Texas Division, Minyards Dallas Texas and Food Lion Divisions. We were responsible for the in - store service level, sales and profitability of the Dollar and Hispanic sections.

Developed the Celeste proprietary brand program for Kangaroo Convenience Store Chain. 2000 stores in North Carolina to Florida. Chain was purchased by Circle K stores.

Improved and developed a more functional and profitable import and diverting departments for the 900 Hechinger’s Builders Square Hardware store chain. Company sold to Home Depot.

1992 – 2001 – CGC Brand Marketing – President - As president we increase sales from $100 million to $2 billion through existing and new customer base. Core business was procurement and marketing of brands for retailers and food service companies.

Responsible for 53-man sales force throughout the USA with offices in Virginia, Chicago, and San Jose Ca.

Participated in the due-diligence process for Wall Street merchant bankers as part of their evaluating and projecting future sales and profits of the Proprietary brands program. Proprietary brands are an important part of the equation in acquisition process of retail groups.

Established Broker Networks – USA for our company’s proprietary brands

Managed 4,000 sku’s of CGC brands sourcing, negotiations, and marketing.

Developed the items, labels design, product projection and vendor relations.

Established a procurement office in Mexico for private and Hispanic brands

Established product diverting system for our customers increasing their gross profit

1989-1992 – Affiliated Foods Scranton Pa.- Director of Merchandising and Purchasing. Responsible for the bottom-line profit and sales for the $300 million Coop. supermarket chain. Responsible for all departments – grocery- frozen – meat – Produce – Habc. Company was purchased by AWI Robesonia Pa.

1982 – 1989 – Sacks Food Brokerage Houston Texas – President – Represented manufactures and growers to the wholesale and retail food trade in Houston Texas market. Introduced and represented Perrier Water, various Gatorade skus, Kool Aid, to mention a few vendors. Sold the business to Hunt Taylor a major broker in the market and transitioned the accounts as a VP on their staff. Other interests:

Owned Luckenbach Western Wear in Houston two stores. High end ready to wear clothes and boots.

Owned Pepe’s authentic Mexican Restaurant – Houston

Owned Bronco’s Country Western Night Club – (During the western craze)

Financed Ortega’s 3 store turquoise jewelry store chain. – Conducted all the procurement in Mexico, New Mexico for the stores.

1977 – 1982 – Super Valu Stores Des Moines – Merchandising Manager all departments (Second largest division) at that time of the largest wholesale grocer in the world. Responsibility for procurement of all departments- meat, product, grocery, habc and frozen food.
