Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintained store facilities to ensure smooth functioning – Made arrangements and placed orders for new stock and supplies whenever necessary.
• Develop, Maintain and extend good relationship with clients, suppliers & analyze their performances, provide reports to Management.-
• Responsible for upkeep of various appropriate records of material received.
• Issued supplies as per the demand from the sites, garages and maintained records of payments.
• Reported to store manager on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that the future orders could be placed accordingly.
• Monitored the functioning of store equipment and reported problems and failures to the supervisor.
• Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of service department.
• Co-ordinating between various in house departments and suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of assigned work schedule.
• Co-ordinate with garage for supplying materials without any shutdown works.
• Implementations of new systems and ideas to ensure faster, accurate on on-time distribution of parts as per requirements.
• Raise special orders for the parts- not available and regularly follow up with the procurement department and ensure the delivery within promised time.
• Register Customer complaints, raise warranty approvals with the suppliers and ensure the job is completed on promised schedule
• Ensuring all the documents and records are maintained and filed as per the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 Quality Standards..
• Controlling the inventory of incoming and outgoing material and updating in carded.

Midfield Terminal Building Abu-Dhabi International Airport Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. I did work as a documentation controller since May 2013 to Nov 2015.

• Record keeping of PPE and all SIV of Material.
• Preparation of documents regards the permanent material
• Submission of SRV/MIR to accounts department and keep proper record for future.
• Receiving all requisitions from construction department after approval.
