Dear Travel Placement Service,
I am writing to express my interest in the Travel Specialist position. My interest in this position is rooted in my passion for traveling, hospitality and entertainment. I have extensive experience when it comes to traveling, and it is one of my absolute favorite things to do. Therefore, I have planned many trips for myself and groups I’ve been a part of. A little insight into my travel history includes; growing up in MA then going to college in Tampa; where I not only traveled back and forth to MA numerous times, but planned multiple spring break trips for large groups to Miami, Colorado, California and more. Also during college, I lived in Italy for 4 months and traveled all around Europe on my own accord. After graduating, I moved to California by myself, and even drove across the country from MA to CA. On top of that, I have about 10+ years of experience working in hospitality and customer service. I find great joy in helping people and making sure the customer leaves with a positive experience. I believe my attitude and ability to greet with a smile makes for a great customer experience. Traveling has been an extremely important part of my life, and I think I would thrive in an environment that focuses on that. Additionally, I am a music artist myself. I am obsessed with anything music related, especially when it comes to live performance. I have attended hundreds of shows and have been eager to get into the entertainment industry since a young age. Travel and music are my two greatest passions in life, therefore this seems like a career path I would very much be interested in, and could succeed greatly in. I love a good challenge and am always eager to learn. Here is a list of specific skills that I bring to the table, that I believe I could use to benefit the company, team, and work environment as a whole:

SUMMARY
I am a very creative and motivated individual, who consistently strives for prosperity in all aspects of life. My natural leadership abilities have helped create a path towards professional growth for my team and I. My involvement in sports and within organizations through-out my collegiate career has shaped me to be extremely coachable; as well as better understand the value behind both team and individual success. I pride myself on my communication and networking skills and hold customer service to a high regard; I have the ‘gift of gab’ as some would say and find great joy in interacting with other people in social and professional situations. I like to consider myself a “go-getter” and am an extremely hard-working young professional with immense energy. I have performed in numerous live shows as a musical artist, as well as served as a host. Music is a huge passion of mine and I am always looking for ways to push myself forward in the industry, as well as creatively; and through these endeavors have garnered a passion for marketing and sales as I have had to market myself continuously throughout my career.
