Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Roles and Responsibilities
a.Make all necessary travel and logging arrangements for all organizational visitors.
b.Support the management of office consumables (office materials like: stationary, supplies, cleaning & hygiene,): which includes: collecting the requests on a monthly basis, maintaining the stock and monitoring the use.
c.Administering communication, ensuring internet, printers are working and staff have enough phone credit.
d.Ensure that the office is run in a professional and responsible manner including hosting guests, receptionist duties and general contact and liaison with outside agencies.
e.Participate in the preparation and management of work plans and budgets and reviews.
