ACTUAL WORK:

1) Sulzer india pvt.ltd.India

• Responsibility of all quality activities such as incoming quality, assembly quality and final quality inspection and dispatch clearance.

• Visiting vendors to improve vender quality regarding Gauges, instrument handling, calibration of equipment’s and suggestions to improve quality.

• During incoming inspection I will handle all the measuring equipment’s and and check each and every part of pump if any Deviation occur I will discuss it with seniors and decide component subject to fitment or not.

• Solving assembly and testing problems regarding customer requirement, fitment connection, casting problem, hydro testing problem and field complains

• In final inspection checking of visual tagging, connection and handle third party inspector performance test & final inspection reports regarding dispatch clearance

• Also handling non destructive testing DP,MP,RT,UT,VT and also carried out PMI machine for material composition

• Machining part inspection, fabrication inspection, Casting inspection, Non-Destructive testing & all the related documentation familiar with me

• implementation of 5S,Kaizen,and ISO 9001-2008 Document and maintain house keeping & good behavior in department.

2) Gouri Engineering Work –

• Check–Valve parts ( body and ends)

• Management of production planning and control and also quality control.

• Check the material as per po after checking material check the drawing and revision number.

• In planning check the feasibility of the job from as cast product to all machining about to the due date.checking of component by using 7 qc tools format then go through the dispatch activities.

• Follow- up contain all the documentation, parameters, report, mails, qc tools, planning.

• The responsibility of any query regarding job, planning, follow up, quality is totally solved by or also depend on me.

3) ICS India Pvt. Ltd, Pune

• Checked component – Machining, Casting, Fabrication component – Pump casing, Bearing housing, Bell mouth, impellers, Shafts, spiders, Column pipe, Taper pipe, Discharge head, Stag casing, Stater housing, Casing cover.

• During work in ICS there were 5 – 6 venders under my control.

• First of all I use to check quality assurance plan important parameters of the component,purchase order of the component,PO number, flow diagram of the component, Drawing number, revision number, instrument and there calibration reports.

• Going through the visual testing In visual testing I can observed dent, tool mark, steps, burr, blow holes, porosity, shrinkage, gas hole, porous net, welding spatters, and some other parameters.

• Checking in-house check sheet then all the dimension on check sheet and important go

– Nogo gauge, thread gauge, plug gauge.

• In case reward and rejected I take strictly action on vender. 4) Sanjay Engineering Works, Kirloskarwadi

• Checking of shafts, rings, sleeves, etc

• Checking of all documentary regarding component such as po, drawing numbers, revision number, required instruments and there all calibration reports.

• Making check sheet which includes all the dimensional parameter such as depth, height, total, inside

bore outside od. Taking the component on surface table and check all the dimensions HANDLING INSTRUMENT:

• To maintain record of rework, rejection and improvement to reduce rework, rejection.
