Name: SIMULATION AND VALIDATION OF DIFFERENT INSTRUMENTAL PANEL CLUSTER

Description:

To validate all possible combination of various features (AHB RTT indicator, fuel gauge indicator, speedometer, Door Ajar, Seat belt and panel designing like Telltales in cluster such as Auto High Beam, Low Beam, Indicators, Parking light, Break light, windows up and down etc.,) in cluster. IN Software used for this projects Canoe. Executing test cases from Functional test plane for different possible conditions during different ignition, voltages and operational conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Awareness and analysing the documents of (Instrument Panel Cluster).

Understanding the specification. Requirement for different features in Instrumentation Cluster Panel

Like AHB RTT, Speedo Meter, Fuel Gauge, Door ajar, Seat belt. Telltales and Chimes.

Creating the validation test panel as per test cases in the Panel Editor.

Simulation of telltales, warnings and Chime ‘s by using Canoe.

Stimulation setup configuration in Canoe.

Raise the bugs in RTC tool which I found while validation.

The purpose of this project is to validate and implementation of the messages. In this, by using Fixed Periodic, Event Periodic, Event message. In this we are using to transmit the signals of messages, Configuration is developed using panel editor. By using CAN matrix and develop the panels of configuration create database.

Analyzing of messages and to implement the code of configuration.

Understanding the requirement of ECUs that used to create simulation setup.

Validating Node behavior for Tx and Rx .

Implementation of Periodic messages are using panel editor.

Done creation of panels and by using CAN matrix as per requirement.

Name: AUTOMATION TESTING ON CAN NETWORK

Creating can DBC and writing CAN matrix.

Generating test report and test is passed or failed.

Automating the test script for can message periodicity check and parameter check through CAPL.
