2 years as Corporate Head Marine Logistics Operation. Shell Nigeria (2006 – 2008).
7 years as Head Marine Logistics Operations (1999 – 2006) with excellent HSE records - no work-related fatality.
4 years as Senior Marine Officer Forcados – executed two SBM change out activities at different times with zero LTI.
2 years as Head Logistics Contracting and Procurement – zero contract overruns, achieved US2.4 million saving on Forcados Tanker Handling Contract adopting alternative bid strategy over a 5-year period. Awarded offshore support vessels contract that saved US$3.5mln.
Developed and implemented strategy for Community supplied marine logistics in 2001 that provided corporate “License to “ (LTO) for Production Asset Teams in SPDC, the bedrock for the new direction taken by SPDC for further engagement of Community marine logistics companywide.
Championed Marine Logistics Optimized Process Delivery (OPD) that developed and implemented Milk-run service/ equipment rationalization in 2004 and 2005 and saved US4.1mn.
Developed and implemented Marine Logistics asset refurbishment strategy to deliver over US $6.omn savings in 2 years (2007 to 2008).
Implemented NAPIMS’ directives on Well Services utilization of Corporate Marine Asset, saving the company huge amounts and limited 3rd Party Logistics Safety Risks.
Supervised the Construction of a 230 Class Lift-boat (Jack-up Rig) in the US that was delivered to its Nigerian Owners in 2011.
Planned and implemented the shipment in 2009 and 2011 of 7 jack-up and 2 supply vessels from the US to Nigeria at a total cost of about US $6.2 million saving the Nigerian Company huge sums of money.
