I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. I also maintain safety and food quality standards. I also assist in managing the employees, labor, sales, food orders and waste.

I work with the General Manager and the Owner in the day-to-day operations. I oversee our stores risk management program. I also assist in managing our employees, labor, sales, food orders and waste, and most importantly making sure that every guest who chooses Culvers leaves happy.
