Started out in visual inspection went threw b3 training started operating 2 auto lines at the same time reseting abnormals and making offsets to make part dimensions within slandered got to where I could run both lines 120% on both lines got moved up to group leader where people have problems breakdowns need help have questions they turn a call light on I go fix the problem if it's broken parts in the machine if it's a quick fix I repair it it's it's a break down that will take more than 30 mins I write it up for maintenance we have lost so many people with knowledge now I run lines grouped and help new hires all at the same time
