ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager, I maintained ongoing accounts of over 7,500 admitted students and consultants of a renowned Software Testing Training Institute and its sister concern -- a Job Placement Agency -- based in Vienna, Virginia. Built and maintained strong, long-lasting client relationships. Familiar with the usage of Intuit QuickBooks Account Management Software and created, customized, sent and tracked invoices of the admitted students and consultants.
During the same period, I also worked as a Collection Specialist, and directly dealt with all past-due accounts in respect of the valued students and consultants for their non-payment or any check or e-payment returned by the bank as unpaid very efficiently and effectively including referring the seriously delinquent accounts -- with the prior approval of the appropriate authority -- directly to the enlisted Collection Agency (Ohio based collection agency: AmerAssist A/R Solutions, Inc, P O Box 610, Pickerington, OH 43147, Phone: 1-877-***-****) and the Attorneys. I also contacted the concerned students and consultants every day to negotiate the repayment of their debts. I used to call them up and obtained information from them regarding their telephone numbers, addresses, credit history, and employment records. Moreover, I also prepared periodical reports on account status, sent email notifications and reminders to the valued students/consultants to get paid on time, and also set up payment plans, etc.
When I represented Harris Teeter as Customer Service Associate, I was able to take excellent care of the customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeded their expectations. I was also able to demonstrate the highest level of customer service complying with company standards, policies, and procedures. In addition to my own duties, the Management of the Store was pleased to give me additional responsibilities as Store Detective which involves patrolling the store and watching for shoplifters, and I was able to accomplish my job successfully.
