Build a Bear Warehouse
2nd Shift Supervisor
I was in charge of around 50 Associates. Between my forklift drivers and my Dock Workers. A lot of my job was majority on the computer to send all the updates and the amount of loads and make sure my team does have to correct Lowe's loaded onto the trucks. I would make charts for my manager's to be able to understand better. But my responsibly was to keep them updated as well as them sending me new issues. I would have trucks show up and I would have to get my team to unload those trucks. I would be the one who would be responsible for each sign off and again report to my superior. I would hourly check their RF scans and make sure they were staying on task. If they was off task to Many minutes I would have a talk with them and check out the issue. My group there was all comfortable enough to come up to me with any problem and I hope I would be able to take that in any position that I would be put in next. George's Corey's and Gyros

My family has owned this restaurant for over 70 years . I started as a dishwasher. Then I started as a cook What led into helping with serving and cash register and then my grandmother died so we needed help and I took over the restaurant so I have been the manager of the restaurant for about 10 years. I have worked other jobs but I have taken care of the restaurant at the same time to make sure I'm up and running.

I ran alot of different departments in the warehouse I went from as a temp coming in but then they enjoyed my work ethic and hired me into the main Warehouse. Within a couple months I was a lead for one of their department. And that's very same year they asked me to run the seasonal Amazon they came in every five to six months oh. That was a hundred plus employees all on my own. I ended up doing that for 5 years and then I came back over to the main Warehouse. After that I was a supervisor for multiple departments in that warehouse. My last job there was a manager in training but once I realized there was no more going up and that warehouse chain and there was no more money to be made I knew I had a lot more experience to have better opportunities out there

I was responsible for around 20 to 30 associates. It was a working line . We received pallets of different products . We would check the country of origin and size and be sure that's the correct name and size as it says in the computer system . If everything was correct we would add the amount via computer. HFI
Line Lead
We worked for the company Honda . Our job was to inspect each roof that was on our line . We would put them together correctly within a timely manner. I also ran a machine that the roofs went through to be taken by our forklift driver for delivery.
Skills
I motivate my team for Team building I love training each associate. Communication is key for me so I want each person to be able to openly trust me. Goal achieving. Honestly is huge for me . Decision making. Working any issues out that I'm able to, to the best of my ability . I am. A very positive person especially in the work place. I think everyone should leave their drama at the door and be determined for our goal at hand . I am very good at multitasking. I have 3 children so i do well with multitasking. I have advanced skills with computer systems due to working with them in multiple jobs. I have determination with any task I have come my way . Reference
