Performing the lead role as Electrical and instrumentation Engineer of Instrumentation for Wagon tippler, Lime stone Ball Mill, Stacker/Reclaimer, Compressors, conveying system, belt weighing system. Responsible for preventive maintenance, Job planning, spare procurement, Plant optimization .

Performing the preventive maintenance, running maintenace of electrical equipments i.e. drive, feader, switchgears, lighing, and distributions of power equipments etc.

Performed the lead role as Shift in-charge of E&I operations & maintenance for smooth running of plant and keeping keen observation on the major to ensure healthiness.

Ensuring the safety & quality procedures are followed as per the permit to work, inspection & test records, certifications and correct practices for executing the job.

Carrying out advance planning for resources, manpower deployment and rendering technical support.

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks ensuring performance of various equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.

Addressing project issues from technical, maintaining schedule and meeting project deliverables.

Managed various field instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Level, Vibration and flow transmitters, RTDs, Thermocouples, Level switches, Flow switches, Proximity switches, Damper Actuator (AUMA),Pneumatic and hydraulic control valves,Belt sway switches, Zero speed switches, Pull cord switches etc.

Dexterously involved in handling the maintenance and execution of DCS (ABB)

Proficiently worked with the Sub Control Systems & Weighing-systems namely Belt-weighers (FLS), Weigh- feeders (Schenck process), Solid Flow Feeders (Schenck process), Bin Weighing Systems(Schenck process), Weigh-bridges, Metal Detector Panel(Wagner Magnete), Magnetic Separator Panels, CEMS stack analyzers(ESA) and DCS Programming(ABB) etc.

Maintenance of ABB make IMCC (semocode based).

Involved in spare management, procurement action and manpower planning.

Maintenance of Breakes, drives, PMCC, MLDB, SLDB, SLDB and other elecrtical circuit board.
