Position: Procurement, Finance and Administration

PROCUREMENT & FINANCE ADMIN ROLES

Resolving problems related to procurement queries e.g., price differences, over supply.

Compile Tender Documents

Draft reports and proposals

Handling the preparations of Bank Guarantees, applications and submissions

Make follow ups on all applications

Prepare Purchase orders, Delivery notes and Invoices

Scan and file documents accordingly

In charge of Daily production and procuring of cleaning materials

Co-ordination with the site construction team for the Bill of Materials and co-ordination with procurement team for the quick processing of PO.
