Joined the State of North Dakota team to follow and document the Covid 19 epidemic in the State of North Dakota. Became a team member in identifying positive Covid 19 cases within the State. Made phone calls to gather information regarding the positive test results and identifying location within the state; possible areas of outbreaks; contacts that were made during the contagious period time of infection. Documenting all results- clarifying vaccinations and logging following relevant information for data research. Worked independently from a home office that provided privacy for personal information to be kept confidential. Kept a schedule that was needed to meet the demands of the work flow to provide the efficient information for the State to have accurate information to provide to the Federal government.
