1.Liaoning with various utility owners such as MCGM (Mumbai Corporation of Greater Mumbai), BEST Electricity division, BEST Street Light division, BEST Bus Depot, Traffic Police, MTNL, Reliance Jio Etc.

2.Coordinating with Design team, Execution team and Utility owners, preparing execution necessary drawing and taking the approval and NOC’S for the same.

3.Supervision & execution of all site works according to drawings and specification and as per the schedule.

4.Supervision and Inspection of sub contractor’s installation of various utilities as per specifications and standards.

5.Preparation of B.O.Q for various utility activities and cost to company for utility activities.

6. Day to day management of all electrical and other utility activities at the site including monitoring of work force and work progress.

7. Preparing Method statement for various electrical activities.

8.Coordinating with various agencies like housing, municipality and power distribution companies taking approval to execute work.

9.Calculating voltage drop of cables and selecting correct cable for each application.

10.Testing and commissioning of distribution substations feeder pillars and street lights.

11. Preparing, execution necessary design drawings by interfacing with the design core team and reviewing the project drawings before execution as well as at progress Arrangement of material, manpower, machinery well in advance as per the work schedule.

12.Verifying Vendors material submittals and drawings and forward to Client’s approval.
