My experience at Corporacion Noboa, one of the most important economic groups in Ecuador, opened my perspective and showed me the business and corporate world. I had the opportunity to practice my English helping at the Import and Export Department with translations, international documentation, and customs.

Conrilab, a health provider in the private sector in Ecuador was my school for the service sales world. Here I was trained first as support administrative staff. I learned the importance of order and quick accessibility to updated accounts information when it was required. I was also introduced to the sales force assisting them to gain new accounts and to maintain accounts through great service

My experience at Universal Orlando Resorts, working for the department of Consumer Insights has been very helpful to me since it provided me new skills such as coming up on different ways to be more creative because I would have to intercerpt different kind of people and convince them to make a survey, depending on the project we are working for the research we need, in some projects I would have to sit with them and type their answers verbatim and probing on those answers in order to have the most detailed responses I can get. Also I learned a lot of how to be a great team player helping team members out and accepting help whenever I needed to. Besides that, I provided a lot of great guest services answering guest questions and guide them into the parks, making sure I gave them a solution as fast and as efficient as possible.
2020-2021 Walmart CA- Produce Lead:
I was a produce team lead at Walmart, I made sure everything was well positioned on the sales floor, I was in charge of the trucks that came with produce and groceries and for that I had to make an inventory each time, I managed customer service all the time and help our guest as needed.
2021- 2022 Target TX- Customer service specialist (seasonal)
I made sure to solve every guest problems and to upload their inconvenience into our system, helping the guest around the store, gave refunds when needed, solved issues either for pick up guests, on the phone and in person as well
