Role:

• Directed Implement the QA/QC management system at site

• Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site

• Verify the pipelines are connected to skid-to-skid wise as per P&ID copy. Checking to piping loop wisely as per P&ID.

• Erection work to carry out effectively.

• Inspection of raw materials & clearance.

• Review of all Piping, electrical, Telecom & instrumentation drawings related to scope of project work.

• Review project applicable specifications, design drawing, technical instructions and check method of statement and job safety analysis

• Material identification includes verification of heat nos. test certificate for chemical & mechanical testing of material if required.

• Conduct Inspection of all ongoing works and prevent nonconformance occurring.

• Control the work activities in accordance with approved drawing plans, work procedure and project’s specifications requirements

• Issue the punch items to construction supervisor to attain good quality.
