3500 M3 per hour Counter Flow Cooling Tower Mihir Make.

2*45 M3 per hour RO Plant Ion Exchange Make.

AREA OF STRENGHTS:

Functions of troubleshooting and preventive / breakdown maintenance of Steam Turbine, boilers, Auxiliary equipment etc. so as to reduce downtime to minimum.

Checked and Maintain spare availability in CPP store as well as main store & ensure timely procurement and replenishment of stocks for planning, schedule & break down maintenance.

Familiar with basic knowledge of IMS which includes ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 9001, ISO 50001, Organizational Excellence Activities (5s, Kaizen, Gemba, RCA)

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Responsibilities: As Manager to looks after the Operation & Maintenance of Steam Turbine, WHRB, AFBC, MHS and other Power Plant Auxiliary activity as under:

Reporting to AVP (HOD) Power plant:

uPower Plant Production and Plant Objective: Plan, organize, monitor and control operations and maintenance of Power Plant to generate safely and reliably in cost effective manner within budgeted cost.

uPower Plant Maintenance: Imperative role in preventive, overhauling, trouble shooting, and shutdown maintenance for reducing down time and developing ideal inventory for power plant maintenance.

uCost control: Optimization of Key parameters, implementation of best practices and modifications, reviewing operations & plant performance to manage cost of production within limits.

uRisk Management: Manage Administration, monitor, implementation of safety measures of unsafe incidence and statutory compliance directives.

uQuality Systems: Providing expertise knowledge and skill to enable task execution by giving technical training and on the job training or system development.

uTargeting production, keeping cost of production, under control.

uSafe and reliable operations of the plant.

u Preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance of Boiler, Turbine and maintain inventory control of Power Plant spares/Coal Handling Plant.

uSafety training to Power Plant Personnel or safe working conditions with SOP’s.

uPreparing Annual budget of Power plant.

uGenerate Energy reports and Power Plant costing and sent to Unit Head on a monthly basis.

u Safety compliance of the Plant.

u All cost control measures and energy saving measures.
