ASST.MANAGER – OPERATIONS & INSURANCE

Dealing with major insurance companies like Gulf Insurance, Globmed, Alico, NAS, Wapmed, Bupa Insurance, Aetna International, Med connect, National Takaful insurance, Bahrain Kuwait Insurance, Saico, Al Ahlea, MSH International,Afya(GIG).

Co-ordination with all clinical activities

Co-ordination with all Major insurance companies

Preparing Duty roster for all staffs (Doctors, Nurses, Lab Tech, Customer Service Desk,

Housekeeping staffs, Drivers)

Preparing and finalizing monthly accounts receivable statements of insurance companies

Supporting Marketing Dept.

Preparing invoices and attaching all the related documents of insurance companies

Preparing monthly statements

Settlement of insurance complies

Preparing daily,Weekly and monthly statements and submitting to the management

Availing approvals and managing the reception staffs against day today insurance claims

Claim submission and re submission
