Handled Industrial disputes raised at any time. Dealt with unfair labor practice of both sides. Conducted disciplinary actions. Written a book on Disciplinary Actions and Domestic Enquiry. Trained a lot of employees on Disciplinary procedures especially on Domestic Enquiry of MNC and Local Companies. Professional Trainer especially on Labor Laws and Rules.
