I recently spotted the vacant position of Customer Service Agent, and I would like to express deep interest in this position. I have more than ten years experience in the hospitality industry, and I'm passionate about extending hospitality to guests by creating memorable experiences. Over the years, I have acquired a plethora of professional skills and abilities that I believe will be immensely beneficial to your company. My previous job title as cabin crew member held at our national carrier, South African Airways (2010 - 2020) is where I refined my skills,knowledge and experience whilst realising my passion for hospitality and service excellence. My role as cabin attendant involved ; primarily the safety and equally the comfort and hospitality of guests in-flight.
