• Lead the entire port activities which includes yard planning, dispatch planning, Rake Planning, Equipment deployment, & co-ordination with all department for smooth operations

• Prepare and present business performance status to senior management utilizing financial metrics, key performance indicator and objective based planning.

• Ensure proper heaping at the backup and fast turnaround time to increase throughput, Record / Verify equipment utilization and ensure availability/deployment of resources by the time of loading/unloading.

Adani port (Dahej) as Deputy Manager October 2015 to December 2021 Accomplishment:

• Working as commodity manager (Bulk Handling: Coal Commodity) looking the entire operation.

• Check & review new vessel declarations & prepare stowage plan accordingly.
