Duties:

Food and beverage Services:

•Giving out menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

•Taking customer's food and beverage orders.

•Inform customers of daily specials.

•Serving food & beverage to customers.

•Handling bill payments.

•Making Mocktails & Cocktails also handling the Bar counter.

•Handling all kind of banquet setups.

Housekeeping:

•Replenishing room supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and hotel brochures and bathroom items.

•Report any damage, maintenance problem, safety issues and potential hazards to the floor supervisor.

•Remove amenities used by guest and trash.

•Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.

•Singing in and out masters key daily and update all cleaned rooms on the floor worksheet.

Front Office:

•Handle guest complaints and offered complimentary service to maintain high guest satisfaction rates.

•Handling the guest calls.
